Google Officially announces on owning DoubleClick

Google finally announced on owning Doubleclick after an year. Google CEO Eric Schmidt
confirmed the acquisition of DoubleClick. With the addition of DoubleClick, Google is more confident on supplying the relavant quality Ads that loads faster to customer asking for.

Integration of DoubleClick with Google is about to start, expected to have some reduction
in headcounts of DoubleClick Employees to match to the existing Google Business Structure.

 European Commission approved the Google-DoubleClick Acquisition and valued the deal worth of $3.1 Billion.  EU Commission has confirmed that this acquisition will not have harmful effects to the consumers either in Ad Serving or in intermediation in Online Advertising Markets.
