Google sells off Double Clicks Search Marketing Division to Publicis Groupe
Google had sold off the Search Marketing Division Performics of Double Click to a french company names Publics Groupe. Google has partnered with Publics Group in the past for expanding the Digital Advertising market. Performics was launched in 1998 and it has more than 130 Search Marketing Clients (SEM) and 200 + Search Marketing Professionals employed across the globe in US, UK, Germany, Australia, China and Singapore.
Publics Groupe is a Market leader in Advertising industry, so the growing business of Performics might have a great influence in the growth of Publics Groupe.
